Divine Innovation Services provides 1915 (i) and NC Innovations Waiver services in three MCO service regions: Alliance Health, Vaya and Trillium Health Resources. We provide community-based services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services promote individual choice, empowerment and community inclusion.

Habilitative Services

Habilitative services are designed to support individuals in learning, retaining, or improving their skills for better functioning. The skill-building approach emphasizes self-care, household management, social and communication skills, financial management, community involvement, mobility improvement, job exploration, and self-regulation. It’s all about helping individuals live their best lives!

Non- Habilitative Services

CLS and Respite

Non-habilitative services offer crucial support to individuals in achieving a healthy lifestyle and engaging with their communities. These services encompass meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, bathing, personal hygiene, safety monitoring, maintenance of medical equipment, and medication administration. Additionally, respite services serve to alleviate the burden on primary caregivers and may incorporate any of the aforementioned services.
