Employee Selection Process:

Divine Innovation Services excels at pre-selecting candidates who are expected to resonate well with consumers and their families. Your work hours will depend on the choice made by the consumer or their representative, based on when they want services. The hours and services provided depend on the care plan created for each consumer by the Medicaid oversight agency.

If a family decides they no longer want your services, we will try to assign you to another family quickly, as long as you are meeting our performance expectations. Likewise, a consumer/consumer family may choose to leave our agency and go to another agency for services at any time. As a Medicaid provider agency, we serve two main roles: (1) connecting employees with consumers and their families, and (2) enforcing Medicaid regulations. The success of our agency is dependent on how well we are able to perform these two functions.

Thank you for your interest in providing quality services to Divine Innovation Services consumers. We are always looking for quality staff to join our team as we grow, specifically recruiting for Direct Support Professionals.

Direct Support Professionals work directly with our consumers, providing instruction, support, and assistance. You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.

• Social Security card

• Evidence of highest education level completed: (high school diploma, GED, or college diploma or official college transcripts)

• Current car registration

• Current proof of car insurance - declaration page, not insurance card

• State and/or nationwide criminal background checks - may include fingerprinting.

• Department of Motor Vehicles (safe driving record)

• NC Healthcare Registry (no substantiated abuse, neglect or exploitation of consumers in NC)

• Office of the Inspector General (no record of Medicaid fraud)
